Joe Barza Culinary Consultancy is a company, based in Beirut Lebanon, built around Lebanese Executive Chef Joe Barza. The company deals with all aspects of restaurant and catering operations, offering consultancy in, startup, menu development, food styling, recruiting, and staff training. Our facilities include a state of the art industrial kitchen in which the Chef conducts consulting sessions and food styling workshops. The facility also includes a cooking school for professionals willing to enhance their cooking skills and techniques, and a hospitality academy where waiters, hostesses, and other service staff are trained to conform to international service standards and etiquette.

Our team consists of Master Chef Joe Barza, aided by a number of assistant chefs; each specialized in a different kind and discipline of cuisine, as well as a team of food and beverage consultants, individually chosen from the best hotel management and business schools both locally and abroad.

Our company conforms to the ISO 9001/2008 Quality Management System, and has been awarded the seal of quality until the year 2013.

Our consulting services include food concept formulation, menu elaboration, recipe elaboration, kitchen design in collaboration with reputable kitchen suppliers, restaurant design in collaboration with reputable architects, pre-opening training, opening strategies, post-opening follow-up, cost control, and yearly follow-up packages.

Our recruiting services consist of assisting restaurant owners in finding suitable kitchen key positions that fit their needs, the scale of their operations, and their expected salary range.

Our office also handles all requests pertaining directly to the personal participation of Joe Barza in worldwide culinary events, media, and the advertising and marketing of products and commodities.
