With more than 24 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience, Chef Joe exemplified leadership qualities and professionalism, backed by a consistent, verifiable record of achievement.
"Joe Barza Culinary Consultancy" is the brainchild of Chef Joe and it specializes in food and beverage consultancy, kitchen design, recruiting services, and training activities.
Relying on the expertise of Joe Barza in the hospitality sector, Joe Barza Culinary Consultancy first opened its doors in Beirut in February of 2009 and its first order of business was to aid hospitality developers in menu development and redevelopment, in finding suitable kitchen personnel, and in solving existing operational problems.
Since food and beverage development involves constant creation, the company's goal is to provide its clients with the biggest variety of unique selling products that would set their establishments apart from the ever-growing competition. For Chef Joe, each project is a challenge and a quest to seek new boundaries and to introduce new signature culinary trends.
In parallel with the development of the company's corporate services, the personal career of Chef Joe Barza was high on the list of the company's priorities. Several accomplishments were made in that area, such as the international "Master Chef" designation, received by Chef Joe in 2010, as well as several commendations and awards received from international culinary bodies, and the co-hosting of Emmy Award winning television show "Top Chef", in its Middle Eastern version in 2011 as well as teaching instructor for "Le Cordon Bleu".
